To request a scan from a book in the Haddon Library (and other Cambridge University Libraries including the University Library) to be sent to you via email, please use the University Library’s Scan & Deliver service. This service is only available to current staff and students, and is for personal learning/research use only.

The Scan & Deliver service allows current staff and students to request an individual scanned copy of one chapter (or 5%) of a monograph (printed book) or one article per issue of a journal from collections held by Cambridge University Libraries, subject to relevant conservation approval and copyright permissions.

If you require a scan to be made for teaching purposes, such as hosting on Moodle, please email the Haddon Library team directly as these types of requests are managed separately.

It is possible to order a printout of a chapter or article from material held as Electronic Legal Deposit (usually accessed via designated computers). This material will be delivered in printed form only for a charge of £2 per full printout.

To enable this service to run safely and consistently, it is really important that you order only what you need.
